We are part of a global non-profit called One Collective. We work alongside local and global leadership to bring hope, dignity, and wholeness to victims of economic, physical, and spiritual oppression in Masatepe, Nicaragua. We call this approach Integrated Community Transformation.

Beto’s Bistro

Sharing a wall with the office, Beto’s was the start of One Collective Nicaragua. It is our "home" where the community can come together over a cup of coffee in a cozy and healthy environment. As our Community Center, at Beto’s, we facilitate collaboration in the community–between both people and organizations–focusing on sharing the love of Christ with others. While we do serve coffee and some food; worship nights, business seminars, meetings, classes, etc. are a large part of what we do. Our goal is to be a gathering place for people all over Masatepe. In addition, a huge priority for us is investing in our employees. We want to see each team member grow professionally and spiritually.

beto’s coffee company

Connecting Nicaraguan artisans to the global market, Beto’s Coffee Company empowers local artisans by marketing and selling their products in the US through an online store.

one egg nicaragua

In partnership with OneEgg.org, we provide eggs to 5 local preschools, providing a protein-rich breakfast for kids. 450 local preschool children receive an egg in their classroom every day, helping to improve cognitive development and class attendance.

Luke’s Inn

A holistic drug and alcohol rehabilitation center located on a farm in the outskirts of Masatepe. Here the program participants can participate in a Christ-centered rehabilitation program while maintaining jobs on the farm that gives back to the very ministry they are part of.

El PAPAGAYO

Serving in the community of Los Ríos, Ticuantepe for over 14 years, Papagayo is an ecolodge, farm, and ministry center. We are partially self-sustaining through a pineapple and dragon fruit crop and have the capacity to host up to 90 people at a time.
